Childcare has been a meaningful part of my life for more than 15 years.
My journey began with a love for children and a desire to understand how they grow, learn, and develop. Over the years, I have worked with children of different ages and supported families through some of the most important and exciting stages of their lives.
I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, and young children. I have also worked professionally as a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, supporting families during the early days and weeks after bringing a baby home.
These experiences taught me that childcare is about much more than keeping children safe. It is about understanding each child's individual needs, building trust, responding to their cues, encouraging independence, and creating an environment where they feel secure enough to explore and learn.
As a licensed child care provider, my goal is to create the kind of environment I would want for my own child: safe, nurturing, clean, engaging, and genuinely home-like.
I believe children learn through everyday experiences and meaningful relationships. Our days include plenty of play, movement, books, music, sensory experiences, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities — while still leaving room for the simple things children need most: connection, comfort, and time to just be children.
I am also passionate about supporting parents. I know how difficult it can be to balance work and family, especially during the early years. My goal is to give parents peace of mind while creating a place where their children feel loved, known, and cared for.

Our Everyday Problem Solver
Brian is Camila's husband and an important part of our family and home environment.
Professionally, he is a Software Engineer, but at home, he's the person we call when something needs to be figured out, fixed, built, or improved.
He is naturally hands-on and loves creating things with his own two hands. From fixing things around the house to building projects from scratch, he is our resident problem solver.
Brian also brings a lot of energy and fun to our home. He loves music and plays several instruments, including basic piano and drums. He enjoys sports, running, and being active, and he's always ready for a game, a race, or a little outdoor fun.
And if you ask our family what his most important job at home is, the answer is easy:
He's our chef!
Brian loves cooking and is the person behind many of the meals enjoyed in our home.
As a father, he understands the importance of creating a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment for children.
His curiosity, creativity, patience, and playful personality are wonderful additions to our family daycare.
Cindy
Assistant / Substitute Caregiver
Grandma
Cindy is our grandma and official assistant and substitute caregiver.
She brings years of hands-on childcare experience to our team, having previously worked with children in both daycare settings and private homes.
Her experience has given her a natural understanding of the patience, consistency, and attentiveness young children need throughout the day.
Cindy is especially valuable because she brings the warmth and comfort of a grandmother while also having professional childcare experience.
As our official assistant and substitute, Cindy helps provide additional support when needed and is an important part of maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for the children.
Families can feel confident knowing that when Cindy is here, their children are cared for by someone with real childcare experience and a genuine love for children.
