About Us
Your Child Is in Great Hands

Philosophy
Growing together, one little moment at a time.
We believe the early years are a beautiful and important time of discovery. Children learn best when they feel safe, loved, connected, and free to explore.
Our program is built around relationships, responsive care, and play. With only six children in our group, we are able to get to know each child as an individual — their personality, interests, routines, strengths, and needs.
We follow a play-based, age-appropriate approach, providing opportunities for children to explore through movement, sensory experiences, music, books, art, outdoor play, and everyday activities. We encourage curiosity and independence while offering the comfort and support children need along the way.
For infants, we focus on responsive care and following their individual rhythms for feeding, sleep, movement, and interaction.
As toddlers become more independent, we encourage them to explore, make choices, practice new skills, and develop positive relationships with others.
We don't believe childhood needs to be rushed. There is time to learn, time to play, time to rest, and time simply to enjoy being little.
Our goal is to create a home away from home — a place where children feel known and cared for, and where parents feel confident knowing their little one is in a warm, nurturing environment.
We also believe childcare should support the whole family. By providing dependable, high-quality care in a small and intimate setting, we hope to give parents the peace of mind they need to focus on their work, their families, and themselves.
Our little group. Our big purpose.
Play. Connection. Curiosity. Confidence. Belonging.
These are the foundations of our day.
Health & Safety
Nothing is more important to us than the health, safety, and well-being of every child in our care.
As a licensed family childcare home, we follow applicable California childcare licensing requirements and maintain a clean, carefully prepared environment designed with babies and toddlers in mind.
Our approach to health and safety includes:
Clean & Hygienic Environment
We maintain consistent cleaning and sanitation routines throughout the day, with particular attention to high-touch surfaces, toys, eating areas, bathrooms, and diapering areas.
Childproofed Spaces
Our environment is arranged with young children in mind, with age-appropriate furniture and materials and safety measures designed to reduce preventable hazards.
Safe Infant Care
Infants receive individualized care based on their developmental stage, feeding needs, sleep routines, and cues. We follow safe sleep practices and maintain close supervision.
Healthy Meals & Nutrition
We provide age-appropriate meals and snacks and work with families to understand each child's dietary needs, allergies, preferences, and developmental stage.
Emergency Preparedness
We maintain emergency procedures and required emergency information and are prepared to respond to illness, injury, natural disasters, and other unexpected situations.
Close Supervision
Because we intentionally keep our group very small, we are able to provide attentive supervision and respond quickly to children's needs.
Open Communication With Families
Parents are important partners in their child's care. We communicate about routines, meals, naps, milestones, activities, and anything else that may be important to your child's day.
A Calm, Caring Environment
Safety isn't only about physical surroundings. We also want children to feel emotionally safe — knowing that a trusted adult is there to comfort them, listen to them, and help them navigate new experiences.
